The park is open year-round for day use and camping. Day use permits are required from 6AM to 10PM, and camping permits are required from 10PM to 6AM. Fee booths are open Mon-Sun, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Otherwise, fees can be paid by cash or check, at canisters stationed at each park entrance, which are available 24/7. For Wyoming residents, the day use fee is $7 per day, per vehicle. For non-Wyoming residents, the day use fee is $12. The camping fee for Wyoming residents is $18.20 and is $32.16 for non-residents. These camping fees reflect the total cost plus the day use and tax costs.

Yurts 2 and 3 each have cement sidewalk access from an ADA accessible parking pad; as well as a cement pad, on which is centered a picnic table and fire pit. ADA accessible camping sites and restrooms are available. During the "summer season", wheelchair accessible docks are available dependent on water levels.
