Our distillery is located just outside of Pinedale, Wyoming near the Wind River mountain range. It is a place where the spirit of the old west lives on. The area is rich in history from the mountain men and the rugged life of the cowboys. Our spirits are made in tribute to Wyoming's fascinating history. Each bottle of our handmade spirits are distilled and bottled with pride in our facility in Wyoming. During his years of traveling the world, Tim, our master distiller, has developed unique distilling techniques to create distinctive flavors in his spirits. Craftsmanship and the crystal clear glacial water of the area sets us apart and you can taste the difference with every drink. Tim is focused on producing superior, gluten free spirits to give all of us a taste of the old west. One sip is all it takes to bring you to Cowboy Country. The tasting room is open 10 am- 6 pm weekdays and Saturdays. Tastings can be scheduled outside of hours as well.
